International Workplace Group Opens Spaces in the Philippines

Last October 4, 2018, International Workplace Group (IWG) launched the flagship property of Spaces at the World Plaza in Bonifacio Global City. In conjunction with its 10th anniversary this October 2018, Spaces saw a grand Philippine launch event that welcomed the metro’s top business owners, startup executives, creative entrepreneurs, and media. Spaces is now formally open to serve the Philippines’ growing community that prefers flexible, creative workspace.

Situated right at the center of the bustling business hub, Spaces sits atop the World
Plaza Building in 5th Avenue, welcoming its collaborative tenants with a warm, free-
spirited, business-casual vibe in its naturally-lit penthouse location. Spaces is a property
of more than 800 square meters with floor-to-ceiling windows. It has 477 well-designed
individual workstations, meeting pods, private rooms, phone booths, and an in-house
Little Flour Café. The total workspace area is about 3,200 square meters.
