These premium middle-income housing developments, both located in San Fernando, are NorthPine’s flagship projects in Central Luzon, currently one of the most exciting housing markets in the Philippines according to Colliers data.
Montana Strands, NorthPine Land’s newest project, is a six-hectare housing development that boasts a line-up of Retro Modern homes. Montana Views, on the other hand, is an 8.2-hectare housing development that features modern American country-style homes.
