Lamudi Reveals Shortlisted Nominees for The Outlook 2018 Awards Gala

Lamudi, the Philippines’ leading online real estate platform, has announced the shortlisted nominees for The Outlook 2018: Philippines Buyers’ Choice Awards. Winners of The Outlook 2018 will be honored during the gala night on November 15, 2018, at Makati Shangri-La Hotel.

Now in its second year, The Outlook 2018 will once again recognize the best real estate developers and projects in the past year. Lamudi officially opened the nominations last May where property developers nominated their most notable projects. All shortlisted nominees were selected by an esteemed panel of judges and was then put to the test through a survey among 10,000 property seekers.

As a trailblazer in helping Filipino property seekers shift from traditional to digital property discovery, Lamudi has amassed a wealth of data to dive deep into the needs and preferences of the ever-changing real estate market.

This was the rationale behind enlisting the survey participation of 10,000 property seekers on the Lamudi platform. The respondents of the survey were classified based on their search interests and were only surveyed for categories that are relevant to them to ensure tailor-fitted results.

Arch. Cathy S. Saldaña, Managing Director of ARCO Group, one of The Outlook 2018’s judges, noted that the event is truly the Buyers’ Choice Awards. According to her, “It reflects the choices of the people and the awareness of the general public for these brands and developments. It is the pulse of the people in rhythm for their selections.”
