New House, new Appliances in RCD Land’s CNY Celebration

RCD Land, Inc., a real estate company that develops and markets affordable and quality housing projects will have a Grand Buyer’s Day on February 14 in TUY, BATANGAS.

The RCD Royale Homes in Tuy, Batangas is the company’s latest real estate development project for 2016.

The Grand Buyer’s Day will have a Chinese New Year as its theme and it will be a whole day event starting from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 in the afternoon.

RCD LAND, INC, Marketing Manager, Ms. Mae Delantar, said buyers of house and lot who will reserve on that day will be given an appliance showcase worth P30,000 and to be delivered when the buyer’s moved into the house they bought.  Included in the showcase are one window type air conditioner, a refrigerator, 24 inches Hi-Sense LED TV and a water dispenser. Meanwhile, buyers of lot and townhouse are entitled to a free Convection Oven who reserved on that day.

She added that the event will start with a motorcade around the town of TUY, Nasugbu and nearby towns. Lion and Dragon dance will lead the parade with cymbals and Chinese gong for prosperity and luck.  A special mass will also be held for the blessing of the model units. There will also be games and awarding of incentives to recognize top sellers for the last quarter of 2015.
